Standing advisory is access to the firm’s judgment for a fixed monthly fee: its value lies in availability and judgment rather than in deliverables or periodic reports. Up to two people on your team have direct access to the firm, with a response within the business day.
We get ahead of the question: when something in your market or your operation deserves attention, we say so.
It almost always follows a completed project: the decision has been made and is being executed, and what is needed is a reliable second opinion at the moments that matter. If a piece of work with its own scope comes up along the way, it goes in a separate proposal.
